Andreas R. Kirchschläger is CEO of the elea Foundation for Ethics in Globalization, a leading Swiss philanthropic impact investor fighting poverty with entrepreneurial means, and President of the Max Schmidheiny Foundation, a distinguished private institution promoting endeavours towards the preservation and further development of a free economic and social order. As Managing Director and President of the St. Gallen Foundation for International Studies, he led the annual International Management Symposium St. Gallen for more than one decade. He serves as a board member of GCA Altium Corporation, PG Impact Investments AG, some of elea Foundation’s portfolio companies and the HSG Foundation. Andreas holds a Master’s degree in Law and Economics from the University of St. Gallen and has been a lecturer at his alma mater for years.
